All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as provided for herein. However, all tickets are transferrable to another guest at the ticket holder's sole discretion. Please see and follow the instructions provided in the ticket email to transfer your ticket. All ticket transfers must be completed before the time of the event in order for the new ticket holder to be admitted.

The Gorky accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, and does not provide refunds for event cancellation, delay or interruption because of inclement weather.

Upon the occurrence of the event cancellation due to reasons outside The Gorky's reasonable control such as acts of God, public health emergencies (including, but not limited to, as a result of epidemics and pandemics), riots, civil rebellion, strikes, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters, any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, The Gorky will, at its sole and absolute discretion (a) have the right, but not the obligation, to issue a refund to holders, OR at its sole and absolute discretion, (b) elect to postpone and reschedule the event OR (c) cancel the event without further legal or financial obligation or liability to holder.
