Sound Breathwork with Maya, Sydney and Aaron

7:30-9pm 

A dance breath-work class where you will learn techniques to dance with the guidance of your breath. A soundscape will be offered by Aaron Reihs that will allow you to deep listen to your body and its reaction to sound. It will be hype, we will go low, go high and everything in between. Once the end of the class arrives, Maya will guide you through breath training to regulate your nervous system and heart rate back to a state of deep relaxation. A class to spark inspiration, curiosity and integration.
